Managing Partner
Mark Kim
Mark is a Managing Partner at Latitude Partners with extensive experience in private equity and cross-border investing. He previously served as Chief Investment Officer and Partner at EastBridge Partners, where he led fundraising, investment strategy, execution and value creation. His career includes significant roles at GII and STIC Investments.
Mark holds a Master’s degree in International Commerce from Seoul National University and a B.S. in Finance–Real Estate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington.

Yoonseok Chung
Yoonseok is a Managing Partner at Latitude Partners, bringing extensive experience in the finance sector. He previously served as Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director at EastBridge Partners, where he played a key role in driving investment strategy and portfolio growth. Prior to that, he held positions at Samil PwC, contributing his expertise in advisory and financial services. He began his career at STIC Investments.
Yoonseok holds a degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
